I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and I've spent years helping teens and adults make sense of the patterns, struggles, and stories that have been quietly shaping their lives.
My approach is warm, gentle, and completely judgment-free. I'm not a blank-face therapist. I show up as a real person, fully invested in your story, every single session. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or something you don't even have a name for yet, I'll meet you exactly where you are.
